I really appreciated that the flowers could be ordered and delivered in the same day. But the recipient said the flowers “looked a little dead” when they arrived. Mother Nature flowers contacted me and provided profound and exceptional customer service. New flowers were delivered promptly. I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future.
