FAQ
By enrolling in a Mother Earth Flowers subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Scheduled Delivery Your arrangement will be delivered on the same day of the week and at the frequency originally selected when your subscription was placed. Delivery dates, delivery frequency, and arrangement selections cannot be changed once the subscription is active.
Designer’s Choice Your subscription includes a discounted rate in exchange for allowing our floral designers creative freedom. Flower varieties, color palette, arrangement style, and vase selection will be Designer’s Choice. We will always use fresh, high-quality, seasonal flowers and create arrangements that reflect current floral trends and our signature design style.
Changes & Skipping Deliveries Due to the discounted nature of our subscription program, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes or skipped deliveries. Any request to skip or cancel an upcoming arrangement must be received at least 12 business days before the scheduled delivery date. No exceptions.
If we do not receive notice within this timeframe, the scheduled arrangement will be created, delivered, and charged as originally scheduled.
Canceling Your Subscription You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty. However, cancellation requests must be received at least 12 business days before your next scheduled delivery. If notice is received after this deadline, one final arrangement will be created, delivered, and charged before the subscription is terminated.
Agreement By enrolling in a Mother Earth Flowers subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
