The flowers, the arrangement, and the service were exceptional. This was a Valentine’s Day delivery and, despite the chaos, the delivery-person called me and explained the individual did not appear to be home (she was home, just doesn’t answer the door for unexpected knocks and strangers), and wanted to know what the next steps should be. Thank you to this fantastic, Team-wide effort!
