I was going to be out of the country on my friend's birthday, so I placed my order before leaving on May 17. I received an email confirmation stating that the flowers would be delivered on May 30, the requested delivery date. Instead, the arrangement was delivered on May 23—an entire week early. To make matters worse, the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the arrangement pictured. The bouquet contained red flowers and did not include the lime green flowers featured in an arrangement called "Raspberry Lime Delight." Then, on May 30, I received another email stating that the flowers had been delivered that day, even though they had actually been delivered a week earlier. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this florist, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Between the incorrect delivery date, the inaccurate delivery notification, and the arrangement not matching what was ordered, I have lost confidence in their service. Unfortunately, I will not be using this florist again. Updated Review: Lindsey personally called me to apologize and explained that a replacement arrangement had been delivered on the correct date. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the second delivery because the recipient was contacted directly rather than me. She also assured me that they would be reviewing their procedures to help prevent similar issues in the future. I truly appreciated her reaching out and her genuine effort to make things right. Her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made a positive impression, and I’m confident they will do an excellent job in the future.
